Woodland Wellbeing Sessions

Book a session for your group or join an existing group. In our sessions we aim to promote wellbeing, where we bring together groups of people and involve them in basic woodland tasks, such as shelter building, nature surveys, light art and craft work and a little bit of cooking over a campfire.

We run morning or afternoon woodland wellbeing sessions, for adults or groups of adults with children (children must be accompanied by parents or teachers) involving participants in a range of activities to encourage connection with nature and the woodland using our sight, smell, touch and hearing senses.

Nature has an unparalleled ability to provide us with a sense of grounding and improve our overall well-being. Connecting with nature is not only great fun but can also work wonders for our mental and physical health.

Don’t underestimate the power of nature – make it a part of your daily routine and experience a positive shift in your life.
